For custom jewelry using fingerprints or other biometric identifiers, Persona Jewelry complies with the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) and other applicable biometric data laws. Before collecting any biometric information, we will:

  • Obtain your written consent.
  • Store your biometric data securely and retain it only for the duration necessary to complete your order.
  • Destroy the data within 30 days after fulfilling the order unless legally required to retain it longer.

  1. Custom Orders and Engravings

 

Persona Jewelry offers customizations, including fingerprints, text engravings, and other personalization features. All custom orders are final sale unless there is a defect attributable to Persona Jewelry. Review your custom design carefully before finalizing your order.

Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we accept returns for incorrect orders or products damaged during shipping. In the case of a defect, you must contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your product to arrange for a replacement.

Persona Jewelry offers a limited one-year warranty on all products against defects in materials or workmanship. Items subjected to improper care, misuse, or external damage (e.g., discoloration, scratches, or worn plating) are not covered under this warranty.
